We would like to welcome an Assembler to our team.

Your main duties will be...

Under the responsibility of the production supervisor, you will actively participate in the assembly of various metal parts. 

You will also be required to...

• Inspect the various parts required for the assembly of medical equipment;

• Prepare parts, position them, and secure them according to engineering plans;

• Cut, drill, tap, deburr, shape, and polish stainless steel parts;

• Surfox, whiten, and polish welds;

• Collaborate in the daily and weekly maintenance of equipment and work areas;

• Record steps and time in tracking and traceability tools;

• Participate in the final inspection of assemblies in accordance with ISO standards and quality assurance procedures in place;

• Perform all other related tasks.

You have the following assets...

• Vocational diploma or equivalent experience in the manufacturing sector

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in metal parts assembly

• High level of comfort with finishing stainless steel components

• Machining experience desirable

• Good command of assembly and mounting jigs

• Good physical condition

• Knowledge of water filtration products (a major asset)
