To create versatile, flexible and adaptable spaces in MDRDs, this wrap rack made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel accommodates 4 different sterile wrap sizes on bars arranged in a cascade. Installed directly on the base of the ERGOFLEX prep and pack table, the wrap rack optimizes sterile wrap storage by reducing the clutter on work surfaces, walls and floors. By providing quick, close and ergonomic access to sterile wraps, the ERGOFLEX wrap rack increases the comfort and efficiency of reprocessing staff in carrying out medical device packaging processes. To help save space, the frame can be folded away with a simple press.

Description

To improve the efficiency, safety, and comfort of the staff during the assembly stages, Adaptaid's retractable sterile wrap rack is integrated into the height-adjustable prep and pack table from the ERGOFLEX range. This optimizes the ergonomics around the table, which transforms into a true workstation that adapts to the user’s height. This way, staff can easily access the sterile wraps without having to bend over or reach. The close proximity of the wraps placed on the sterile wrap rack minimizes the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Moreover, the organization of tasks becomes smoother and faster thanks to a reduction in unnecessary handling.

The adoption of the retractable sterile wrap rack eliminates the need to place wraps on unstable or non-sterile surfaces, thereby safeguarding their sterile properties. By incorporating the sterile wrap rack into the prep and pack table, the need for carts or additional furniture is eliminated, freeing up floor space and enhancing circulation, reducing tripping hazards, and facilitating cleaning.
