To limit the risk of microbial growth or the introduction of pathogens into sterilized items, the air inside the chamber is kept at positive pressure. The cabinet's ventilation system features a HEPA filter and air inlet and outlet pre-filters. 

An Effective Traceability System for Tracking Surgical Instruments

Available as an option, the MEDICASE cabinet traceability system facilitates the collection of information on surgical instruments, the cabinet, and its users. The traceability system provides an intelligent storage infrastructure that efficiently compiles all relevant data on the history of sterilization containers and packaged instruments. It also ensures that each search is quick and easy by allowing all the necessary details to be viewed efficiently. Furthermore, adding a traceability system significantly accelerates data entry through a barcode scanner or an RFID scanner.

Closed Transport Cart

The transport cart has been specially designed for the safe movement of sterilization containers, endoscope trays, packaged surgical instruments. 

Its interior is easily configurable thanks to a choice of height-adjustable sliding shelves and side runners for probe or endoscope trays.
